Breaking Ground - Why Another Leadership Book?

For nearly two decades, my doctoral research quietly sat on a shelf.

At least, that's what I thought.

As I recently revisited my dissertation, I realized it wasn't collecting dust—it was waiting for the right time.

Organizations today are facing challenges that extend beyond leadership, workforce development, or employee engagement. We hear about burnout, disengagement, declining trust, leadership turnover, organizational culture, and the rapid impact of artificial intelligence. Most solutions focus on improving people or processes.

But what if we've been asking the wrong question?

What if the real issue isn't the harvest—but the condition of the soil?

That simple question has become the foundation for Organizational Validation Theory™, a new human-centered organizational theory built on one central premise:

Organizations consistently produce the outcomes their organizational conditions are capable of sustaining.

Over the next six months, I'll share the journey of transforming years of research into a practical theory for leaders, organizations, and communities.

We're not just writing a book.

We're breaking new ground.

"The quality of an organization's harvest will never consistently exceed the quality of the organizational conditions from which it grows."

Next Month: We'll dig a little deeper..."
